研究方向/Research Interests

近年来，本人及所在的课题组已开展非人灵长类和大/小鼠的人类重大感染性和代谢性疾病模型构建、致病机理及药物评价方面的研究。已主持或主研参与了省部级科研项目《猕猴肠道菌群结构的分子生态学研究》，《动物源性人兽共患病安全高效疫苗研制与开发》，《动物流行性疾病发生及免疫防治机理》，《西南动物流行性疾病发生及免疫防治机理》，《猕猴川西亚种神经-免疫-生殖内分泌器官和血液》，《核苷类抗病毒药物美他卡韦体外线粒体毒性评价体系的建立》，《灵长类动物人类重大疾病模型的研究与示范》，《鸭源鹅细小病毒对鸭肠道菌群结构及黏膜屏障功能的影响》等20余项人兽共患病疫苗研发、灵长类人类重大疾病模型的纵横向科研项目，发表相关论文40余篇，申请专利4项，已获专利授权3项。

Prof. Luo is interested in disease model of experimental animal, including metabolic diseases, infectious diseases and pathogenesis, host-pathogen interactions, microbiome.

Recently, he has published more than 40 papers in journals including Frontiers in immunology, Frontiers in Microbiology, Frontiers in Aging Neuroscience, Redox Biology, Hepatology International, Metabolic Brain Disease, Neuroscience Letters, and Molecules, also obtained 3 national invention patents.
