研究方向/Research Interests

我的工作主要集中在小鼠大脑和睾丸发育过程中关键基因的鉴定及其功能学的研究，重点关注那些维持细胞氧化还原平衡进而促进细胞增殖、分化与存活的基因和信号通路。在此基础上，结合基因修饰和转基因技术，建立神经退行性病变和雄性不育的实验动物模型。近年来，先后在Developmental Cell、Lab Animal、Redox biology、Carbohydrate Polymers等国际知名期刊发表SCI论文30余篇，先后主持国家自然科学基金3项、四川省教育厅重点项目1项，参与国家973、四川省科技厅国际合作等项目7项。

Prof. Huang’ research focuses on the identification of key genes in the developmental process of the mouse brain and testis and their functional studies, especially the genes and signal pathways that maintain the balance of cellular redox homeostasis and promote the cellular proliferation, differentiation and survival during development. On this basis, we establish the experimental animal models of neurodegenerative disorders and male infertility through genetically modification or transgene.
