研究方向/Research Interests

我的研究主要集中于神经退行性疾病动物模型和代谢性疾病动物模型构建、评价与应用，创建了四川农业大学动物医学院实验动物疾病模型研究室，开发了PD猕猴模型、PD小鼠模型、免疫抑制猕猴模型及原发性代谢综合征猕猴模型，为人类相关疾病病理机制研究及新药开发应用提供了良好的科研平台和条件平台。近 5 年，在《Frontiers in Aging Neuroscience》、《Redox Biology》、《Hepatology International》、《Metabolic Brain Disease》、《Neuroscience Letters》、《Molecules》等期刊发表论文70余篇，获国家发明专利授权3项。现为动物解剖及组织胚胎学会常务理事，国家执业兽医师，中国兽医病理师，四川省实验动物设施行政许可评审专家。

Prof. Chen’ research focuses on the establishment, evaluation and application of animal models of neurodegenerative diseases and metabolic diseases, and established the Laboratory of Experimental animal Disease Model, College of Veterinary Medicine, Sichuan Agricultural University. He has developed the PD macaque and mouse models and the primary metabolic syndrome macaque models, which provide a good scientific research platform and condition platform for the research on the pathological mechanism of human related diseases and the development and application of new drugs. Recently, he has published more than 70 papers in journals including Frontiers in Aging Neuroscience, Redox Biology, Hepatology International, Metabolic Brain Disease, Neuroscience Letters, and Molecules, also obtained 3 national invention patents.
